We rent affordable houses and appartments.
Most of our rentals will fit under affordable housing. And we like to keep it that way.
We like to keep tenants happy and tenants like to stay with us for a long time. Our typical tenant stays with us for three years or longer. We keep our rentals very affordable, return calls or texts within quickly, and most service requests get done within a twenty hour period. We believe that a happy tenant makes everyone’s life happy.

Customer Review
Maintenance Request
If something is not working properly in your property, text our office. Why text? This way your request is in writing and it can be sent through the proper channels (service person, property manager, and general manager). Yes, everyone gets a copy of your request. This allows us to follow up on your request to make sure that you are taken care of.
Once the service person is notified of your request, they need to have access to the property. We try to get the service person to show up when you are home, but that’s not always feasible and can create inconvenience for you and delay the whole process. If you are not available, the property manager will arrange for the service rep to get in.
Evaluate
We strive to get it right every time, but we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We need you to let us know how we did. Was your problem fixed? How was your overall experience? Did we get back to you on a timely manner? After every service call, we text you an evaluation form, so you can let us know about your experience.
