Pay your rent at your local 7-Eleven.
We find that some of our residents are not technology savvy. They don’t want to pay through a computer or their phones. Some residents don’t have a bank account. They deal with cash only. If this is the case for you, no worries. We got you covered. Once you sign your lease, we will provide you with a barcode that you can use to pay your rent at your local 7-Eleven store. The store provides you with a receipt and you are done.
No trips to the bank or working around bank hours.
Pay your rent at your local CVS.
That’s right. It’s all about convenience. If you don’t have a 7-Eleven near you, it’s very likely you do have a CVS pharmacy close by. Just bring the bar code we provide to you during your lease transaction. You can bring a picture of the bar code in your phone or a page with the bar code printed on it. Once the CVS professional scan your code, you pay your rent, and you receive a receipt. Easy right?

Pay through your phone.
We saved the best for last. If you are comfortable using a phone or have used your computer or phone to make payments online, then this choice is the best choice. You just log in to your account in your resident portal. Once there, you will see your rent due for the month. Just click pay and you are done. You can be anywhere around the world and pay your rent through your phone App.
Relax and allow technology to do the work for you.
We don't accept cash.
One thing we do not do is come to your place to collect your rent. We never do that. We find that collecting cash or checks is inconvenient and not practical for both our residents and our staff. On that note, payments cannot be sent to us through mail either. Again, it’s not practical and add extra steps to our residents and our staff.
